Children's Silicone & Wood Vehicle Push Toy Series Manufacturing Case
We supported the sampling and batch production of this children’s vehicle push toy series using silicone and wood components. Production covered multi-style vehicle development, silicone molding, wood-component fitting, wheel assembly, edge finishing, rolling checks, drop testing, color and series management, and OPP bag packing. The project focused on smooth rolling, stable mixed-material assembly and repeatable production across different vehicle styles.

Finished Sample Review
The finished sample review checks silicone and wood component fit, vehicle proportions, wheel rolling performance, push-and-pull smoothness, rounded contact areas, mixed-material assembly, condition after drop testing, style-specific dimensions, appearance consistency and OPP bag packing before batch production.

Production Readiness
Pre-Production Checks
Before batch production, lock the material map for each vehicle style, silicone hardness, wood-component dimensions and finish, wheel structure, assembly method, style-specific dimensions, color combinations, drop-test acceptance criteria and OPP bag packing. Approve at least one production reference for each structural vehicle type before mass production.

Factory Capability Behind This Case
This project requires mixed-material vehicle development, silicone molding, wood-component fitting, wheel assembly control, multi-style series management, drop testing, appearance inspection and export packing coordination.
Vehicle Body & Component Development
Develop each vehicle style from the approved drawings with control over silicone body geometry, wood-component interfaces, wheel positions, grip areas, bottom clearance and assembly tolerances. Different structural types should be reviewed separately rather than forcing one airplane specification across the series.
Silicone Molding
Silicone material was processed through molding production, with control over material flow, molding temperature, product hardness, surface cleanliness, and batch stability to ensure consistent touch feel for the toy body.
Wheel and Push-Pull Structure Check
The wheels and bottom structure were checked for assembly strength, rolling smoothness, push-pull resistance, looseness after repeated use, and overall stability.
Edge and Drop-Resistance Inspection
After assembly, inspect edges, surface condition, wheel retention and mixed-material connections before and after the approved drop test. Confirm that the vehicle remains intact and rolls normally after testing.
Color and Series Management
Different styles such as airplanes, cars, trucks, ambulances, motorcycles, and construction vehicles were managed for color matching, specification differences, unit weight, and batch appearance consistency.
Packing Support
Packaging can be arranged as OPP bag packing, alternative packing formats, logo private labeling, and bulk carton support according to order requirements, suitable for export children’s toy orders.
