PVC & TPR Animal Anti-Collision Squishy Sticker Manufacturing Case
This 50,000-piece project covered dog, cat, penguin, lion and other animal anti-collision squishy stickers. Each piece used a printed flat PVC body, a coated TPR belly component and double-sided adhesive backing. Production focused on TPR belly consistency, placement on the printed PVC body, squeeze recovery and paired packing across multiple designs.

Production Readiness
Pre-Production Checks
Before mass production, the approved sample set locked the PVC body size and print, TPR belly size and coating, belly placement, double-sided adhesive backing and two-piece packing format. These references were applied across the different animal designs in the 50,000-piece order.
Factory Capability Behind This Case
This project combined printed PVC bodies, coated TPR belly components, double-sided adhesive backing and manual component assembly across multiple animal designs. The production record demonstrates the following capabilities.
TPR Belly Molding & Coating
The pink belly components were produced separately in TPR and coated before assembly. Shape, surface condition and squeeze recovery needed to remain consistent across the series.
PVC Body Printing & Profile Control
Each animal design used a flat printed PVC body. Print position, outline shape and edge condition needed to remain consistent before the TPR belly component was attached.
Component Alignment & Squeeze Check
The TPR belly had to be positioned consistently on the printed PVC body. Finished pieces were squeezed to review deformation and recovery while checking for obvious placement differences.
Adhesive Backing & Pair Packing
Each finished piece used double-sided adhesive backing. Products were then packed as two-piece sets in OPP bags across the different animal designs.
