How it works
The Toyyie team and Toyyie’s factory make customization simple and enjoyable.

Project Review & Requirements — We Listen
We start by putting down our pen — before you even pick yours up. Great work isn’t born from what we bring to the table; it comes from understanding what you’re trying to build. We want to hear your inspiration, your brand story, and the vision behind your idea. Because our process only starts when you feel truly understood.
Material & Process Planning — We Find the Best-Fit Solution
The most expensive option isn’t always the best fit — the right one is. We evaluate different materials, mold structures, and finishing techniques based on your product goals and budget. We’ll tell you where you can save, and where you shouldn’t compromise. Because smart manufacturing isn’t about cutting costs — it’s about spending where it matters.

Prototype, Tooling & Production — Make It Happen
Once the plan is set, we move into action. From prototyping and tooling to trial runs and first-article inspection, every step is tracked and documented. You’ll receive clear updates at each milestone — color matching, assembly testing, packaging validation. We don’t just deliver; we deliver with confidence that everything has been checked along the way.
Quality Control, Packaging & Shipping
Delivery is not the end — it’s the fulfillment of our promise. Before shipping, every unit goes through final inspection. We provide inspection reports, test certificates, and all necessary documentation. Logistics is arranged according to your trade terms (FOB / DDP / EXW), and we keep you updated with tracking information until the package is safely in your hands. On time, as promised.

Reorders & Ongoing Production Support
A successful project doesn’t end with shipment — it ends with your satisfaction. We archive all project data, mold information, and quality records for future reference, ensuring consistency for reorders or new developments. We’re not just your manufacturer; we’re a partner you can rely on for the long run.

Lead time depends on the product type, material, tooling, quantity, finishing and packaging requirements. We confirm the estimated schedule after reviewing the design and production plan, and update you if any approved changes affect the timeline.
Before mass production begins, we confirm the approved sample and production specifications with you. Changes after approval may affect tooling, materials, production cost and delivery time, so significant revisions should be reviewed before production starts.
We create a physical sample for review before mass production. This stage is used to confirm the product’s shape, size, materials, colors, surface finish, assembly and other key details before the project moves forward.
Tooling requirements depend on the product material and manufacturing process. For molded products, tooling normally begins after the design and sample structure are confirmed. The tooling plan, cost and expected timeline are reviewed with you before production.
Quality control is based on the approved sample and project specifications. We check relevant materials, workmanship, dimensions, appearance, assembly, function and packaging during production and before shipment according to the product requirements.
