Pre-Production Checks
Before mass production, we checked the shared cat-body proportions, facial painting, fur-texture appearance, accessory dimensions, chef-hat magnetic attachment, hooded-mask fit, koi positioning, display stability, variant consistency and protective fit inside the PE-foam packaging.
For the 2,000-piece order, batch checks focused on keeping the shared cat body, paint placement, accessory fit and variant-specific details consistent across production.

Resin Figure Casting
The Laifu cat bodies and style-specific resin parts were produced through mold development and casting, with control over body contours, facial structure, fur texture, accessory dimensions and consistent fit across the different variants.
Hand-Painted Surface & Detail Finishing
Surface polishing, edge cleanup and hand-painted details were checked to reduce burrs, bubbles and uneven areas while keeping the facial features, fur texture and matte finish consistent across the batch.
Magnetic & Accessory Assembly
Variant-specific parts such as the magnetic chef hat, headpieces, koi accessories and hooded-mask component were checked for fit, alignment, attachment stability and clean interaction with the shared cat body.
PE Foam & Paper Box Packing
Each Laifu resin figure was protected with fitted PE foam inside a paper box, with checks on body fit, accessory clearance, painted-surface protection and stability during handling and shipment.
