Resin Casting & Part Formation
The angel figure and cloud-shaped base were produced through mold development and resin casting based on the approved design, with control over the seated structure, wing thickness, cloud contours, and base stability.
Surface Finishing
The white character body and transparent resin base were polished and finished separately: the body retained a soft matte white appearance, while the cloud base was kept clear and glossy. Surface checks focused on burrs, bubbles, uneven areas and clarity.
Gold Wing Painting & Detail Control
The wings were finished with gold painting while the character body kept a soft white texture, with careful control over hair texture, wing layering, and clean color edges.
Packing support
The finished figures were packed in individual paper boxes with PE foam protection to reduce movement and protect the painted and transparent surfaces during handling and transport.
