The approved variants were reviewed for paw-shape accuracy, color placement, flock coverage or smooth-surface quality, squeezing feel, rebound speed and package fit. Flocked samples were also checked for loose fibers and edge cleanliness.

The cat paw body is molded with soft TPR material, keeping the raised details and rounded form clear.

Flocking & Surface Finish Control
Flocked variants were checked for even coverage, soft touch, clean edges and reduced loose fibers, while smooth-surface variants were checked for clean molding, gloss and visible surface defects.
PVC Bag Packing
Packing included PVC bag fitting, printed header-card placement, labeling and final product inspection before shipment.
