Before mass production, the 17 cm approved sample was checked for body and cloud-part proportions, translucent-resin clarity, nebula gradient transitions, magnetic star position and holding strength, part alignment, center-of-gravity balance, cloud-base stability and PE-foam packaging clearance.

Resin Figure Casting
The SORA figure was produced through mold development and resin casting based on the approved character design, with control over the 17 cm proportions, head-and-body structure, cat ears, layered clothing, cloud-effect forms and overall shape consistency.
Nebula Gradient & Detail Painting
The blue-purple nebula palette, facial expression, eye details, clothing accents and local highlights were painted with control over gradient transitions, clean color edges, color placement and consistency across the production batch.
Magnetic Accessory Assembly & Stability Checking
The assembled figure was checked for part alignment, cloud-base contact, center-of-gravity balance and the fit, position and magnetic holding strength of the removable yellow resin star. Projecting details such as cat ears and hands were also checked for clearance inside the PE-foam protection.
PE Foam & Paper Box Packing
The 17 cm resin figure was protected with fitted PE foam inside a paper box, with checks on overall fit, cloud-effect part clearance, accessory protection, painted-surface contact points and stability during handling and shipment.
