Liquid Filling / Sealing
The glitter and liquid effect required control over filling ratio, movement speed, bubble condition, and leak-proof sealing to ensure a stable visual effect after shaking.
PE Foam & Paper Box Packing
Each snow globe was protected with fitted PE foam inside a paper box, with checks on globe fit, base stability, surface protection and packaging consistency across the four-design series.
