This project required repeatable PVC/ABS part molding, articulated-joint fitting, mechanical armor assembly, clear-helmet control, spray painting, pad printing and individual window-box packing across three character designs.
PVC/ABS Part Molding & Joint Fit
PVC and ABS components for the articulated body, exoskeleton and helmet assembly were produced to the approved dimensions, with checks on joint fit, part alignment and assembly clearance.
Spray Painting & Pad Printing
Mechanical armor colors, panel accents and small printed details were checked for coverage, registration and consistency against the approved samples.
