Silicone Acorn Treat-Dispensing Dog Toy Manufacturing Case
We supported the production sampling and batch manufacturing of this silicone acorn treat-dispensing dog toy, including silicone material confirmation, acorn-shaped mold development, treat-dispensing structure forming, bite-thickness control, surface texture finishing, multi-color production management, appearance and specification inspection, and batch packing support. The project focused on controlling the chew-resistant structure, treat-dispensing openings, teeth-cleaning texture, and safe rounded edges to meet production requirements for pet interaction, slow-feeding training, and daily chewing use.

Silicone material was processed through molding production, with control over material flow, molding temperature, hardness, structural thickness, and batch stability to ensure suitable elasticity and chew-resistant performance.
Treat-Dispensing Structure Check
The dispensing openings and inner space were checked for opening size, treat-release smoothness, rounded edges, and cleaning convenience to ensure stable performance during pet interaction and slow-feeding use.
Surface Texture and Chew Testing
The surface texture and bite areas were checked for touch feel, thickness, rebound, deformation after pulling, and structural stability after repeated chewing.
Color and Appearance Inspection
Color options such as lemon yellow, chocolate brown, bay leaf red, and mint green were controlled for color difference, surface cleanliness, silicone material uniformity, and batch appearance consistency.
Packing Support
